What is a Coastal Spout?
Coastal Spouts are custom gutter guard covers that cap off sharp downspouts, help keep out snakes and rodents, and add a coastal or holiday vibe to your home.
What size downspouts do they fit?
Our standard kits are designed to fit 3x4-inch downspouts, commonly found on newer homes and large gutter systems.
Do the faceplates pop off?
Yes — our Base Guard Faceplate Kits feature a secure, snap-on faceplate for easy cleaning and customization.
We also offer Fixed Faceplates that screw in permanently if you prefer a secure, low-maintenance option.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We offer a variety of coastal icons (like turtles, shells, shark teeth, and starfish) and seasonal limited-edition faceplates.
Are your products weatherproof?
Absolutely — our products are made with UV- and weather-resistant materials that won't crack, fade, or become brittle in the sun.
🚚 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the U.S. and offer local drop-off in select Florida communities (like Beachwalk by Manasota Key). Reach out to coordinate a local delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not currently offer a pickup option, but we’re happy to deliver locally where available.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

How do I install a Coastal Spout?
Each kit includes 3 gutter screws and a faceplate that snaps into the base. Installation takes just a few minutes with a drill.

Can it be installed vertically or horizontally?
Yes — our caps are designed for flexible placement based on how your downspout is oriented.

Do Coastal Spouts stop animals from getting in?
Yes — our covers help keep out snakes, rodents, frogs, and other critters from crawling into your gutters through the downspout.
Are they safe for kids and pets?
Definitely. Coastal Spouts help eliminate sharp metal edges on downspouts — no more scraped knees or bruised shins in the driveway.

Can I return or exchange a product?
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at info@coastalspouts.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Need a replacement part?
Faceplates and base housings can be replaced individually — no need to buy a full kit.
